Beach Bootcamp

Beach Boot Camp is a kick-your-butt workout that will leave you sore, but begging for more! Work with our expert trainers to tighten and tone your ENTIRE body with this INTENSE workout, just in time for swimsuit season. CAUTION: This workout contains CARDIO, STRENGTH TRAINING, and a BUTT KICKIN’!

Studio Cycling

Sweat, heart pumping music,and a workout that keeps you riding. Studio cycling is a fun, intense workout that will increase cardiovascular health, endurance, and fat loss. This class is appropriate for ALL LEVELS, just bring a towel, and maybe a change of clothes, you're gonna sweat! Limited space, sign up early.

Indo-Row

Beach Fitness brings the hottest new workout to Seal Beach: Indo-Row! Jump on our unique Water Rowers indoor rowers that incorporate water for resistance, simulating a real boat moving through water. Indo-Row works the entire body- you'll SHED FAT and feel like a champ! For ANY LEVEL of athlete or exercise lover! Not sure if its right for you?. Limited space, sign up early.

Full Contact Kickboxing

BRING IT. This high energy boxing class focuses on techniques of punching and kicking while working at a cardiovascular pace to make you sweat and burn. You'll need water and a towel, you'll get a swift butt-kickin! Intermediate or advanced levels.

Jump Rope (Express)

Watch out Rocky! Increase your stamina, focus, and cardiovascular health all while MELTING body fat. Jump rope is an intense, 30 minute workout. Jump ropes provided, most levels welcome.

FlexCore

FlexCore is a dynamic class designed to increase total body strength, flexibility, and coordination by incorporating a mixer of functional core and stretching techniques. Great for the flexible and the inflexible alike. Also great for those needing to improve posture and decrease low back pain. All levels welcome.

Yoga

Breathe. Stretch. Strengthen. Yoga incorporates dynamic and static postures used for centuries to increase flexibility, mindfulness, and strength. All levels welcome, please bring your yoga mat.

Beach Abs

Southern California REQUIRES hot abs year round! Do something about it! This class works the "six pack" muscles, the "love handles," and the "back fat" to create a sleek torso. Even better, you'll train all your essential CORE muscles to work as a solid foundation for everything you do.

Kids Yoga

Together we will explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. We will use yoga to promote creativity, increase self-esteem, develop positive thinking & personal awareness and bring children into their own bodies. The skills learned in class will help your child with everyday life skills and bring a new awareness to their day to day activities. We have basic yoga poses for children 5 - 12. We welcome your child to our group! Namaste.

Hot Body Workout

A total body strength training workout designed to shape and tone your body. You'll use dumbbells, BOSU, stability balls, resistance bands, to define that BEACH FITNESS body you've always wanted. All levels welcome.

Butt Blaster

Make your back side your BEST SIDE!  
Lift, firm and sculpt the butt (and legs!) in this 30 minute sculpting class.  
Use a combination of bands, weights, BOSU, and other toys to see your best butt yet!.
