Cardiovascular training (cardio) is a great way to burn calories, lose body fat, and improve overall systemic health. Our Cardio classes are designed with multiple skill levels in mind, from beginning to advanced. GroupFit Cardio classes are a MUCH more FUN way to get your cardio “homework” in! Remember that 30 minutes a day of moderate exercise is recommended 3-4 days a week. Our Cardio will get you there.

Indo-Row

Beach Fitness brings the hottest new workout to Seal Beach: Indo-Row! Jump on our unique Water Rowers indoor rowers that incorporate water for resistance, simulating a real boat moving through water. Full Contact Kickboxing

BRING IT. This high energy boxing class focuses on techniques of punching and kicking while working at a cardiovascular pace to make you sweat and burn. You'll need water and a towel, you'll get a swift butt-kickin! Intermediate or advanced levels.

Beach Bootcamp - Indoor Bootcamp

BootCamp is a kick-your-butt workout that will leave you sore, but begging for more! Work with our expert trainers to tighten and tone your ENTIRE body with this INTENSE workout, just in time for swimsuit season. CAUTION: This workout contains CARDIO, STRENGTH TRAINING, and a BUTT KICKIN’!

Standup Paddle Bootcamp

This Bootcamp-style class is perfect for those looking to get a great workout outside on the water and sand. We'll utilize standup paddle boarding to work all areas of the body, shed fat, and catch some fun in the sun! Boards and paddles are provided

Studio Cycling

Sweat, heart pumping music,and a workout that keeps you riding. Studio cycling is a fun, intense workout that will increase cardiovascular health, endurance, and fat loss. This class is appropriate for ALL LEVELS, just bring a towel, and maybe a change of clothes, you're gonna sweat! Limited space, sign up early.

Cardio Quickie (Express)

Watch out Rocky! Increase your stamina, focus, and cardiovascular health all while MELTING body fat. Jump rope is an intense, 30 minute workout. Jump ropes provided, most levels welcome.

Fat Burnin' BOSU
Cardio, Core
A Cardio Quickie (30 minutes) to help you BURN and EARN your fitness goals! We'll do a variety of cardio combinations and drills on the BOSU to help burn fat and increase cardiovascular health. Bring your water!
