Stretch/Core

Stretching and core work is often what is missed in most people’s workout, not so at Beach Fitness! We have a strong belief that your core must be even stronger than your lever muscles because you need that core for stability. Great for posture, motility and balance, you will be amazed at the power of your core. Utilizing BOSUs and equipment, we work the core in ways that will leave you screaming for more! Stretching is also so under performed at all athletic levels. Proper stretching results in better muscular recovery, superior functional motions and reduction of injury. We have the technology and expertise in our key GroupFit classes to get you in top shape. We recommend this type of class at least once a week for all levels of fitness. So come on down and stretch and core your way to your ideal body!

Fat Burnin' BOSU
Cardio, Core
A Cardio Quickie (30 minutes) to help you BURN and EARN your fitness goals! We'll do a variety of cardio combinations and drills on the BOSU to help burn fat and increase cardiovascular health. Bring your water!

Create long, sleek, toned muscles with Mat Pilates skills. This class works to strengthen and tone the entire body, with an emphasis on the "Powerhouse" or "Core." Mats are available, but it is recommended to bring your own.

Standup Paddle Bootcamp
Cardio, Straingth
This Bootcamp-style class is perfect for those looking to get a great workout outside on the water and sand. We'll utilize standup paddle boarding to work all areas of the body, shed fat, and catch some fun in the sun! Boards and paddles are provided

Breathe. Stretch. Strengthen. Yoga incorporates dynamic and static postures used for centuries to increase flexibility, mindfulness, and strength. All levels welcome, please bring your yoga mat.

Hard "Core"
Core Strength, Abs
Southern California REQUIRES hot abs year round! Do something about it! This class works the "six pack" muscles, the "love handles," and the "back fat" to create a sleek torso. Even better, you'll train all your essential CORE muscles to work as a solid foundation for everything you do!
