Our signature class FlexCore Cardio is a dynamic class designed to increase total body endurance, strength, flexibility, and coordination by incorporating a mixture of functional core and stretching techniques.

After warmup and ROM movements we will spend 20-30 min in a combination of cardio and bodyweight exercises then the last portion of the class will be dedicated to myofacial stretching + ELDOA’S.

Great for those looking to get more mobility into their fitness program and also great for those needing to improve posture and decrease joint discomfort and pain.
