This class focuses on toning, tightening and shaping the muscles of the body in multiple ways.  Using light weights, resistance bands, and body weight.  This class will challenge your body in a safe & low impact way.  Combined with myofascial stretching and ELDOAs to improve posture and strength, creating long & lean muscle tone.  Designed for all levels of fitness.
