Our signature class, FlexCore Cardio is a dynamic class designed to increase total body endurance, strength, flexibility, and coordination by incorporating a mixture of functional core and stretching techniques. 
After warmup and ROM movements we will spend 20-30 min in a combination of cardio and bodyweight exercises then the last portion of the class will be dedicated to myofacial stretching + ELDOA’S 
 
Great for those looking to get more mobility into their fitness program and also great for those needing to improve posture and decrease joint discomfort and pain.
All levels welcome we can scale movements/reps for individual needs
