We are offering our group fitness classes in a LIVE setting via a online platform (private Facebook group) to our members only.

We would love to invite you to join our Online Community. We have a daily schedule of classes and each workout is 30 min – 45 min. We have REP-X, ELDOA, BeachFit Kids, Yoga and meditation with more to come. Most will incorporate body weight workouts, but we go over the options to regress for limitations and when to add weight for progressions when desired.

We will also have challenges, nutrition tips and tips for mental clarity to keep everyone focused. Consistent Personal workouts are more important than ever during this stressful time, and we are here to support and provide solutions for you and your health.
