Ashley is a coach and trainer at Beach Fitness and a former track and field athlete. Being involved in sports throughout life has led her to develop a passion for health and fitness. Exercise for her has always been a good outlet for stress relief and overall vitality. She now educates people on the positive benefits that exercise can have on us. It goes beyond just a physical transformation. She believes exercise can help us make a change to our mindset and positively impact our overall lifestyle. She is passionate about helping people find balance to where they can live life to the fullest, while feeling and performing how they want to.
