Jessie grew up on the slopes of Taos Mountain where she became a state champion and Junior Olympic skier. From a very young age her parents instilled in her a love of nutritious and delicious food. Jessie graduated from Pitzer College in 2001 where she was a 4-year Varsity athlete. Upon graduation she earned an Avery China Adventure Fellowship to study volleyball culture in China. Ms. Franzetti taught U.S. History and Psychology at The Webb Schools and Sage Hill School while coaching Varsity volleyball.
