Alix’s daily goal is to have her clients leaving feeling better than when they came in… and maybe a little sweatier. Alix dove into the fitness industry after she had her second child. For her, the fitness journey revolved a lot around mental clarity. She likes to take her experiences with fitness and apply them to her everyday programming, in and out of the class. Moving your body is so much more than just looking good and that is what Alix will help you discover. She works closely with her clients to help break through barriers to discover their full potential. Most gyms and fitness programs focus on short-term goals. Here, we focus on lifetime goals. I want to help people be healthier and happier for the rest of their lives. To be better and live better. That’s what I strive to do for our community.
